Today I had lunch with a friend. We had to wait an hour for our dishes, even though tables that had arrived after us were being served. After politely pointing out the situation, a waitress went to check and shortly thereafter brought our dishes. However, she insisted, showing the time on a receipt, that I had only ordered 15 minutes earlier, implying that I had lied. In reality, the order was placed late, which can happen; in fact, the drinks had been served about 15 minutes before the dishes arrived. I understand that mix-ups can happen, but having someone question what I had said wasn't pleasant. That said, the food was good and the prices were reasonable.

I've been to Stairs, and I have to say the food is unique and quite good, so there's nothing to complain about. What really bothered me was the payment process: they ask you to pay immediately as soon as your food is brought to you, while you already have your tray or food in front of you. This means you have to fumble around with bills or change as you're about to eat, inevitably ending up getting your hands dirty before you've even started. It's unhygienic and quite inconvenient. I honestly don't understand why: even much smaller, more informal bars happily charge at the end, as is normal. Here, however, it almost feels like the customer is being treated like a thief. Besides, there are also numerous CCTV cameras in the restaurant, so this inflexibility regarding immediate payment is even more incomprehensible. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but an experience like this really ruins the experience.

A truly interesting place in the heart of Naples. Stairs American Pub offers a vast menu, with options for all tastes: from sweet to savory. They offer cocktails, mocktails, pancakes, crepes, French toast, sandwiches, and many other American-style specialties. I tried a mocktail, and it was a true masterpiece of flavor, well-balanced and very refreshing. The Kinder Bueno French Sweet Toast was also excellent: delicious and truly delicious, perfect for those who love rich desserts. The place is ideal for both a sweet and savory snack, or an evening with friends, thanks to the variety of the menu. In short: a wide selection, a casual atmosphere, and delicious dishes. A place where it's easy to find something to satisfy any craving.

I've been going to Stairs for years and I can say it just keeps getting better. It's open every day and is always a perfect choice at any time of day: breakfast, brunch, lunch, aperitif, dessert, dinner, or even just a coffee. The food is always delicious and the prices are average, in line with the area. I recommend it to everyone: many of my friends I've brought here always want to come back. Unfortunately, you can't reserve, but the wait isn't usually long thanks to the staff's prompt service. For us, it's always a guarantee ♡

A very nice bar in the heart of Vomero. Excellent coffee, in my humble opinion one of the best in the area. The aperitifs are also good.

A friend and I went to this place for an aperitif, just to unwind. I have to say the food is very good, and I really enjoyed the appetizers. In fact, we'll be back to try the sandwiches. The wait time is about 10 minutes, and it can vary depending on the number of people. 👍🏻 Fast service and friendly staff.

Bakery bar located in the heart of Vomero. The menu offers typical American favorites (pancakes, waffles, etc.) and various super chocolatey drinks. The menu is truly extensive and the portions are generous!!! Perfect for breakfast or a snack, although I noticed the wide selection of drinks, making it perfect for an aperitivo too. We tried a salted caramel cookie crumble and other treats. Prices are average, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
