St Andrew's In Aversa

We had pulled pork meatballs, Vertigo potatoes, and two sandwiches... we were completely satisfied!! Really good, I recommend it! And then there's Mauro, the friendly and kind waiter, who was happy to give us advice.

We stopped at this pub by chance for a beer after a busy day and found it to be the perfect place to unwind. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, especially Mauro, who looked after us and served us a delicious cold beer and an exceptional slice of steak. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

Magnificent welcome, we were greeted by Mauro who served us and explained with great politeness and professionalism, we tried fried foods and some of their specialties if you are a lover of meat and fried food I recommend you stop by, their pulled pork is spectacular, the quality is excellent and does not disappoint. The quality of the sandwiches is impressive I tried the "combo" and I don't think I've tasted anything so good a perfect combination of flavors and no ingredient overpowers the flavor of the others. My compliments to the chef, there is perfect technical work and such understanding that it makes it perfect. Welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a place where I will gladly return to eat, absurd quality / price. Stay tuned because you will surely find them reviewed in the newspaper.

Nothing to say except SPECTACULAR! The food? What can I say? That latibon was chocolate, it literally melted in your mouth. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm recommending it to everyone I know, because it truly is fabulous food! And that star fruit, a real plus! It's fun, and especially good for digestion! Thank you so much, we'll be back again!

A very beautiful and quaint place. Excellent food, well-served, and made with quality ingredients. Special mention for the pulled pork with barbecue sauce: delicious! Mauro paid special attention to us, gave us advice, and was very kind and courteous. Highly recommended.

Good food and a very special place

We discovered this truly charming place in Aversa through TikTok. The Anglican atmosphere gave us a wonderful holiday feeling. We tried a mixed fried platter for two, consisting of two rice balls, two croquettes, and a delicious frittata. We immediately noticed the quality. We then received a portion of sweet potatoes, which were also very crunchy and flavorful. We hadn't even finished half of them, however, before they served us sandwiches. This behavior annoyed us, because, in addition to the feeling of anxiety it conveyed, we had to rush to eat one or the other dish so as not to let it get cold. Another couple next to us also received the same treatment, and they also grumbled. The wait staff should be more attentive or, at the very least, ask customers if the kitchen could serve sandwiches. We had a Bufalino and a Kentucky Fried Potato Bun, both delicious. The potato bun was very soft and flavorful. With two Pepsi Zeros and a water, we spent 50 euros. In our opinion, given the quality offered and the location—very cute and different from the usual—it's a great price. We'll be back and recommend a visit!

We had a wonderful meal. Mauro's recommendations were excellent: sweet potatoes with pulled pork and barbecue sauce were truly delicious. The eggplant balls with provolone cheese were also very good. I had two potato buns, one smashed and one pulled, both incredibly tasty. The potato buns are very similar to American ones. The food was high quality and the experience was beyond positive. Recommended!

I had a really good time, the location was clean, the staff were friendly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mauro for his kindness and impeccable service (excellent adviser), the food was quality, what can I say... I will return

A lovely place, with typical Scottish style, where you can enjoy excellent sandwiches (and more) and, above all, plenty of top-quality craft beer. Highly recommended, see you soon 😉
