This morning, Saturday, August 30th, just before 8:00, I stopped in for a quick breakfast.
I've been there before, when I'm in Ravenna every now and then. Well, aside from the exquisite kindness, which is essential for me, the coffee and bombolone were definitely good. And the prices are below average, which are excellent reasons for it to become my regular stop!! Plus, I saw they also serve lunch; I could see a pasta maker making cappelletti. Ci sono arrivato in occasione di una trasferta di lavoro.
La prima sera perché uno dei pochi locali aperti; la sera successiva per … mangiare nuovamente il coniglio.
In un ambiente molto gradevole, curato senza essere stiloso, ho voluto azzardare il coniglio arrosto, memore di quello della nonna.
Scelta azzeccata, al punto da fare il bis.
Cottura perfetta: carne tenera che si staccava con semplicità; gustoso, senza essere secco, unto oppure esageratamente insaporito.
Anche le porzioni sono molto generose, salvo per le verdure grigliate!
Quelle delle cipolle invece…. Da portare via.
Prezzi border Line: per alcune cose li ho trovati assolutamente onesti, meno per i contorni
