The rabbit is the best in Ravenna. I've never had a bad meal at Spritz.

Ci sono arrivato in occasione di una trasferta di lavoro.
La prima sera perché uno dei pochi locali aperti; la sera successiva per … mangiare nuovamente il coniglio.
In un ambiente molto gradevole, curato senza essere stiloso, ho voluto azzardare il coniglio arrosto, memore di quello della nonna.
Scelta azzeccata, al punto da fare il bis.
Cottura perfetta: carne tenera che si staccava con semplicità; gustoso, senza essere secco, unto oppure esageratamente insaporito.
Anche le porzioni sono molto generose, salvo per le verdure grigliate!
Quelle delle cipolle invece…. Da portare via.
Prezzi border Line: per alcune cose li ho trovati assolutamente onesti, meno per i contorni

I arrived there during a work trip.
The first evening because one of the few places open; the next evening to… eat the rabbit again.
In a very pleasant environment, refined without being stylish, I wanted to risk the roast rabbit, mindful of my grandmother's.
Right choice, to the point of doing an encore.
Perfectly cooked: tender meat that came apart easily; tasty, without being dry, greasy or overly flavoured.
The portions are also very generous, except for the grilled vegetables!
Those of onions on the other hand... To take away.
Border Line prices: for some things I found them absolutely honest, less so for the side dishes.

Visitato solo per un aperitivo veloce, lo spritz sia normale che al campari è davvero buono. Il tagliere di salumi e formaggi non offriva grossa scelta di formaggi. 4 stelle per bere

Avevo tempo fa pubblicato una recensione negativa per prezzo un po' elevato e per crostini poco buoni ,ma debbo dire che i cappelletti sono davvero buonissimi!!!!
