I'm a huge Margherita pizza lover, and I can say it without hesitation: the one at SPQR on Via Aldo Moro in Olbia is the best in the city. I practically always eat Margherita, so for me it's a true test... and here it's truly exceptional. Light dough, quality ingredients, and always cooked to perfection. Owner Davide prepares many different flavors every day, all very inviting, but for me the Margherita remains the number one. Plus, you'll always find kindness, professionalism, and a great passion for their work. It's one of those places you'll always want to return to. If you're in Olbia and want a truly well-made pizza by the slice, SPQR is definitely a must-try.

I have to say that the SPQR Roman pan pizza is truly delicious. Davide, the chef, creates an extraordinary dough: crispy on the outside, light and flavorful on the inside. The server is always kind and friendly🥰 But getting to the important things: The variety of all the pizzas is excellent, including the sliced ​​ones, with excellent toppings and generous ingredients: fresh buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, mortadella, and many other combinations worth trying. Among the pan pizzas I enjoyed the most: Gricia, Marinara, and Parmigiana. Overall, the ingredients are always fresh and high-quality, the portions generous, the toppings overflowing like I haven't seen in a long time, and above all, a truly unique dough. We'd been wanting to try the famous Roman pizza al taglio for a long time. Upon entering, we found the staff very kind and friendly. We ordered takeout and tried almost every flavor available at the counter. They were truly delicious, with quality pasta and delicious toppings. We especially enjoyed the Margherita, the mortadella focaccia, and the Rossa with cherry tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, and anchovies. We also tried the two versions with potatoes and sausage, both very good. After the savory options, we had the Nutella cheesecake, a classic but very good—it was perfect after the pizzas! We'll definitely be back to try new flavors.

I'm a loyal customer of this pizzeria. I knew the previous owners, who were great people. The guys who recently took over the place are incredibly courteous and kind. While I was waiting for my turn, they were so kind and generous that they gave me a complimentary cheesecake, even though it wasn't anyone's fault, as the waits are often longer than usual on days like this, but because their pizza is always so delicious it sells out like hotcakes!! 🤣🤣😍 The girl is incredibly sweet and the pizza chef is excellent, the pizza is top-notch and incredibly easy to digest.
