This was our second stay at this hotel, and the experience was simply extraordinary in every way. The room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, with impeccable towel changes and twice-daily housekeeping: it was a real treat to return in the evening and find everything perfectly put together. A special thanks to the dining room staff: I have a two-year-old daughter with celiac disease, and from my first conversation with the maître d', I sensed great preparation and attention. We always ate safely and with pleasure. The breakfast buffet is truly regal, with a myriad of top-quality options. The reception staff was also always helpful and friendly: they helped me manage some work-related obligations with great kindness. Finally, I was fortunate enough to have two spa sessions with an exceptional physiotherapist, Josefina, who helped me resolve a physical issue I'd been struggling with for months. A complete experience, filled with care, professionalism, and true well-being. We can't wait to return!

Great location behind the cable car for the spinal cableway.. renovated hotel with a modern taste in warm tones and attention to detail. Helpful and kind staff.. excellent cleanliness of the rooms with a nice, very comfortable closed garage. Super breakfast to start a beautiful day on the right foot! One flaw in my opinion is the spa... small like the gym! Modern room even if with limited space especially the bathroom!

Excellent hotel, just one minute from Spinale Gondola and 3 minutes to the city center. The room was very comfortable and service exceeded all the expectations.

I have been coming to this hotel for many years and every year is the confirmation of a choice truly made well. Everyone, without exception, from the ownership to every member of the staff is impeccably kind and professional. Wonderful food and spa. The best way to describe it is like being at home.
