Definitely generous but never excessive portions, full-bodied but well-balanced flavour, quality ingredients and the skill of the person who combines them are just some of the characteristics you will encounter here.
Meat reigns supreme, obviously.
Alpine bruna, Piedmontese red cow, Finnish Sashi, Picanha and many other types of fine meats are cooked on a wonderful and enormous ember with a Parrilla next to it that feeds the embers.
The cellar is really well stocked and there is a very impressive wine list.
The environment is warm and welcoming, especially in winter when you can enjoy wonderful meats together with delicious side dishes, all accompanied by one of the excellent wines on the list.

Delicious meat (Gallega and Angus), cooked in the right way and served with the right spices (3 types of salt).
The prices, as the restaurant is located in the Fiumicino countryside, are quite high.
Coming there from Rome is not worth it, since the prices are the same in the city in places of similar quality.

Today we had lunch at this restaurant. A truly delightful, clean, well-kept place. The surprise was excellent high quality meat, delicious appetizers and wine....Everything was delicious. I must compliment Paola for her professionalism, welcome and hospitality.

A place where you can still breathe that warm air that comes from the sea and caresses the countryside and the eucalyptus trees that mark that beautiful Roman coast. And everything is so melodious, from the kind and punctual service to the high quality food, meat in particular, and steeped in the origins of the family who owns the place. Absolutely worth trying

Un bel locale con ampio spazi esterni che in estate è sempre molto piacevole. Anche se sabato e quindi molta gente, servizio cortese, un po' in affanno con i primi, ma ben compensato dalle spiegazioni del proprietario sulla carne da scegliere, pezzatura, tipologia e taglio consigliato (certamente non un locale per vegani). Carme cotta alla brace molto buona e morbida. Ottimi dolci e scelta dei vini
