Driving down the road from Fiumicino Airport, we noticed a delicious meaty aroma, and upon seeing the restaurant, we stopped. We ordered three appetizers, each one better than the other: picanha carpaccio and meatballs. Then the owner guided us through the steaks he had on display in the window, a very difficult decision. The meat we ordered was delicious, tender, and with excellent flavor. Finally, we ordered three desserts, which were also truly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It's been open for several years, but unfortunately, we realized it too late.
We don't eat much meat. We really like picanha, but we're not experts. We opted for the tasting menu and were very satisfied. The location is beautiful, the staff is courteous, the delivery of the meat dishes by the chef is lovely, and the atmosphere is very pleasant because it's quiet and the background music is soft.
The first time I've ever eaten it was homemade fettuccine with picanha ragù.
A great alternative that we'll definitely try again.
A wide selection of meats, perhaps not for everyone's budget, but quality has its price.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves meat. Do Careca has an exceptional selection of meats, cooked perfectly on the grill. My review, of course, is based on what I chose for dinner: "la ciccia." I'll be back soon to try the first courses too.

We went with friends for a quiet dinner. The place was quiet and the service was exceptional. The meat was very good, the price a little high, but I enjoyed it. The dessert was average.
