Great atmospheric location. Old building, modernly decorated with art. We had not made a reservation, but were immediately given a spot. Enjoyed the pizza buffalo. There are also hamburgers on the menu, also recommended. The Zanzibar dessert: tiramisu with a bit of pistachio is also recommended. Excellent price, quality ratio!

Exceptional pizzeria in Specchia! Pizzas with top quality ingredients with a nice high edge, almost like real Neapolitan pizza. The beers on tap are also excellent and the wine selection is good. The location is very beautiful with the large millstone in the center which is truly incredible. Fast and attentive service. Easy to find street parking. See you very soon!

There is little to say... the only flaw was the road to get to the pizzeria because not knowing the area we relied on the navigator. I'll have to find an alternative route. As far as the food is concerned, there are really no flaws. All very very good... as a pizza enthusiast I was pleasantly surprised by the product served... light, digestible and not at all heavy, not excessive crust and you can easily eat the whole pizza without feeling sick... the two young but really really good pizza chefs. I didn't expect it on a Wednesday evening in Specchia with an almost full pizzeria... but after all, if you work well, that's how it is. The prices are average tending downwards or at least in other places I have paid higher prices with inedible final products while here the food was very good for the right amount of money. Then the typical Salento location, like going back in time in an instant. Keep it up guys.. also because I made a mistake in ordering because I wanted a red margherita and instead I ordered the margherita spicchi d'arte and so I definitely have to go back.. Good job! Continue like this and aim high to become a local excellence!

Conoscevamo già Spicchi d'arte quando era a Tricase ci siamo recati per la prima volta nel locale di specchia in zona centrale e facile da trovare mentre la qualità é anche aumentata impasto ottimamente lievitato morbido e molto gustoso i prodotti sempre di qualità eccelsa.
