25/02/2026: We weren't guests at the hotel, but just went for lunch during a day of skiing.
It was a pleasant and delicious discovery to find a vegan restaurant in the heart of the Dolomites.
Perfect service, a location with a breathtaking view, and quality, tasty, and original food. We had spinach spaetzle, crispy dumplings, and for dessert, a delicious enormous vanilla and chocolate cookie.
Everything was truly delicious and original. I recommend everyone to try it. Whether you're vegan or not, it's a place worth trying!
24/02/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did have dinner at Chef Charami's Omnia restaurant. The restaurant offers a completely vegan tasting menu, like everything else in the hotel.
The warm and relaxing welcome was breathtaking, with a breathtaking view of the Siusi Alps. The beautiful interior, with its eclectic style.
But let's move on to the food. What can I say? An unforgettable experience. I, who follow a primarily plant-based diet, rediscovered flavors I hadn't tasted in years, moving me to tears and taking me back to my childhood. The chef perfectly conveys her story, her passion, and her love for cooking through her dishes, combined with top-quality techniques and ingredients.
A special thanks also to the restaurant manager, Anna, who is incredibly kind and sweet.
