I placed an order from far away, but unfortunately the packaging was damaged during shipping. However, Sparacello Butcher's refunded me the full amount. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars for their reliability and professionalism.

We've been ordering from Piedmont for years now, and every time it's incredibly satisfying. The goods generally arrive on time. The quality is excellent. The stigghiola, which is the most delicate of the meat counters, arrives as if it were butchered that same day. I had the opportunity to try it directly in the store. It was a wonderful experience, the staff were friendly, and the meat counter/butcher shop was full of deliciousness. The ready-made deli items are mouth-watering. What can I say? You guys are fantastic, keep it up, because especially for us Palermo residents living away from home, it's a magnificent experience.

Top of the range in every way, I came down from Marsala specifically to try many of their specialties including artisanal cured meats, roast beef and pulled pork which is the best thing I've ever eaten, not to mention their friendliness and cordiality...it's really worth the 2 hour drive for them...I highly recommend them.
