I can't get over those wonderful spaghetti carbonara... since I returned to Madrid I have been looking for them, but there is nothing that comes close to the ones at this Spaguettoria. I hope to return in the near future. 🤤

We had lunch at "S'Artea" on a gray Sunday in January, during a visit to Sassari. The atmosphere is pleasant, with the spaces and furnishings of a welcoming tavern, the smiles and helpfulness of the staff are comforting, the tastes and quantities of the dishes served are captivating. All for €20 each. An experience of great quality and harmony of the three components of the service. Sincere thanks and... who knows...

Briefly. Carbonara edible but not in line with Roman standards (pecorino romano and browned striped bacon). Average Amatriciana according to the opinion of other diners. Spaghetti seafood appreciated by a diner. Seadas and creme brulee appreciated by other diners. The writer's experience: glass of water with unbearable dishwasher smell (reported to the waitress)

Without infamy and without praise.
I ate a very simple spaghetti with bottarga. Good dish and well seasoned even if the spaghetti was a little overcooked. All in all, an experience worth repeating.
The only flaw concerns the impossibility of changing the shape of the pasta to adapt it to the sauce you like best.
In any case, I recommend

Very welcoming place, kind and knowledgeable staff, plentiful dishes, excellent first courses and fresh meat. In the collective imagination, the name is linked to who knows what Sardinian ritual or place, but no, the apostrophe makes the difference, go there, it's worth it.

Located in a well-kept street in the historic center of Sassari, the Spaghettoria S'Artea is a special place, welcoming and spotlessly clean, the staff always very kind and smiling, ready to satisfy all guests' requests.
The first courses are delicious, very tasty and with always fresh ingredients, the meat is exceptional, the mussels in soup and in garlic sauce are wow, the fried calamari are among my favorite second courses. And if we want to talk about the desserts, I don't know what to recommend because they are all top marks!
S'Artea is a place I always like to return to, which I recommend with full marks for the quality of the food and the kindness of all the staff. Keep it up, congratulations to you!
