We were there in the morning, and Gregorio's cappuccino was simply fantastic! 😍👌🏽💯 The ambiance is also very pleasant, as are the friendly staff. The only exception is the owner/boss, who always looks like the world is coming to an end...🙈😁 But I recommend it!

Consigliatissimo!! Pasticceria molto valida, ampia scelta per la colazione e pasticceria mignon a volontà. Qualità/prezzo nella media ma la qualità del prodotto è davvero alta.

26/08/2025: August 15th, thinking we were in a Calabrian candid camera. Some friends entered the place; we joined them after five minutes, but we started waving because the doors didn't seem to work, but they had been closed intentionally. After about five full minutes, they paid attention to us and decided to open, explaining that they were changing shifts. The doors were closed again, and for the next hour or so, similar scenes continued both at the entrance and exit. Service was extremely slow, with orders forgotten (coffee arrived after 15 minutes only because we remembered). Granita with chunks of ice. Excellent brioche.
22/08/2025: Nice place, clean and tidy, but the staff is inexperienced and disorganized (the owner had to intervene for two cones). The gelato is good, but the prices aren't displayed and are higher than the local average.

La locanda del Monaco

18/05/2025: pleasantly surprised, given the old negative reviews. With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.
