Very nice with multiple bowling alleys, pool tables and games room... just the right thing to spend a different evening

I threw my son's birthday party using their "Birthday Party" package; we had a great time. The staff was kind, attentive, and very professional. They managed the entire party on time, and we planned the timings well between dinner and the games package. The food and the cocktails were excellent. Definitely recommended.

Great place to spend your free time

I can only give 5 stars. A nice place (really nice) to spend some time with friends or, as in my case, with family. Tried the escape room, to try!!!! Being the first time, we finished the time early, but it was a lot of fun. We had dinner in the restaurant, our neighbors at the table complained about everything to the guys in charge of the service, we liked everything, from the dishes to the service... First time I find sandwiches that don't crumble in your hand while you eat the hamburger, great thing!! In the arcade area you risk leaving your salary there :) but it's really worth it. Unfortunately we didn't get to go bowling, but we'll make up for it. Really highly recommended

Welcoming atmosphere, very nice bowling alley.

Family birthday: we book bowling and laser games. We had fun. However, the place is not well looked after, the staff is unmotivated, bordering on rude at times. At the bowling alley counter we were given two lanes even though we had booked for one. I ask for information and a girl informs me that since there were 9 of us we would have to use two rinks since each one can record the points of a maximum of 7 players. I thanked her for the information and replied that it had been explained to me on the phone but since 2 of us didn't intend to play one track it was enough. "No ma'am, I'm sorry but it's not possible, this is the club's policy" with this statement the girl insists on assigning us 2 tracks anyway. At this point, including the obvious attempt to make us pay double for no reason, I ask to see the regulations. Answer: "but this way you are more comfortable". In the end we only used the booked track and were perfectly comfortable. We move on to the laser game and before starting I ask if after the first game it is possible to play another one and I am rudely told by a very annoyed boy that it was impossible and that it had to be booked in advance. I have already played the laser game but nowhere else have we simply been given the material explaining how it works without also informing how the score is calculated which is relevant for the ranking. In short, the evening passed happily but certainly not thanks to the availability and assistance of the staff. The feeling, group fun aside, was that of having been in a place where the customer is more of a number than not even very pleasant to those who work there

Clean environment. An opportunity for children to spend an afternoon having fun. I recommend it

A place to spend a few hours with family or friends, playing bowling. I personally don't go to the arcade area, but the bowling alley is fun. For children there is the possibility of raising the sides so that they feel like little champions.
