Nice, clean and welcoming place in the central square of Vigo di Fassa! Excellent hamburgers and top quality meat! Wide choice of hamburgers, sandwiches and cold dishes always based on meat. In fact, they rely on the well-known Bolgi butcher's shop which is upstairs. There is indeed the possibility (but only by reservation) to taste their dry aged ribs and Florentine steaks. Careful and refined wine list. Wide choice of local craft beers. The service is always courteous, attentive and friendly. In short, a place not to be missed!

very nice place, we wanted to taste good wine and eat meat, unfortunately we discovered that the steaks were by reservation only. the menu was varied but almost only burgers and some raw meat options. We ate well but didn't drink wine in the end because there wasn't a food menu worthy of the very varied wine selection. slightly expensive bill.
