Sorsi e Morsi In Sabaudia

Ristorantino scoperto per caso poco distante dal centro più rumoroso di Sabaudia. Mi ha colpito la location intima e l'en place minimale e delicato. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, molto ospitale e per nulla invadente. Ogni piatto ci è stato raccontato brevemente, ma con amore e precisione. Ho apprezzato l'impiattamento molto curato, le porzioni assolutamente giuste e la cura nell'esaltazione dei gusti di materie prime di per sé eccellenti. Consiglio: la tartare di ombrina, il petto d'oca affumicato, i carciofi fritti e il cavolo nero saltato. Tra i dolci, squisite la cheesecake, stranamente per nulla stucchevole, e la crema catalana. Conto molto onesto: 90€ per un antipasto, due piatti principali, un contorno, due dolci e due calici. Questo ristorante è il mio nuovo riferimento a Sabaudia. Consigliatissimo!

Our group of friends is very varied, in tastes... but last night we found ourselves in agreement on the excellent choice. We left worried because we didn't know the place...but I must say that we left enthusiastic! Compliments !!

5 exciting stars, and that alone would be enough. From the moment you enter this little gem located in Sabaudia you immediately perceive the love and professionalism for catering. Homemade bread far better than that coming from the most well-known bakeries, tasting of Umbrian oil, long list of wines, wisdom in the presentation of the dishes with a clear propensity towards what the sea and the land offer that day. Personally I opted for a chickpea, calamari and cabbage soup which had an intoxicating flavour. I won't dwell further, we're talking about a place to discover and rediscover over and over again. Well done.

Un locale aperto tutto l’anno che si sforza d’inventare sempre formule nuove e piatti diversi. Ieri sera cena spagnola superlativa, tutto buono ma là paella di carne e pesca spaziale. La mangerei tutti i giorni. Bravi
