5 exciting stars, and that alone would be enough. From the moment you enter this little gem located in Sabaudia you immediately perceive the love and professionalism for catering. Homemade bread far better than that coming from the most well-known bakeries, tasting of Umbrian oil, long list of wines, wisdom in the presentation of the dishes with a clear propensity towards what the sea and the land offer that day. Personally I opted for a chickpea, calamari and cabbage soup which had an intoxicating flavour. I won't dwell further, we're talking about a place to discover and rediscover over and over again. Well done.

Un locale aperto tutto l’anno che si sforza d’inventare sempre formule nuove e piatti diversi. Ieri sera cena spagnola superlativa, tutto buono ma là paella di carne e pesca spaziale. La mangerei tutti i giorni. Bravi

Locale piccolo ma accogliente, abbiamo mangiato in veranda. Ci hanno accolto con un ottimo aperitivo sul divanetto in attesa di cenare al tavolo. Pasteggiato con un ottimo vino, Franciacorta e proseguito con buon Vermentino, purtroppo senza saperne il costo, oltre 100 eur per entrambi. Come antipasto due porzioni di alici fritte del cantabrico, porzioni abbondanti e due porzioni di polpo alla piastra su letto di caponata, tutto buonissimo. A seguire, tonnarelli con alici e paccheri alla siciliana s q u i s i t i. Tre dolci e due bottiglie d'acqua. 150 euro a coppia. Il vino ha contribuito nell'ordine di un terzo del costo totale. Consigliato per il personale gentilissimo, per il cibo offerto e la selezione dei vini. Torneremo sicuramente.

Let me start by saying that on a Wednesday evening we didn't know where to go to eat because most of the restaurants in Sabaudia were closed or didn't answer the phone. Driven by rush and hunger we arrive at this place not imagining that we would have spent so much. I reiterate what was said to the chef, super friendliness of the waitress, excellent service, clean and tidy environment, very quiet but... excessively expensive. Too! You can't pay €20 for a plate of pasta, not even that plentiful one!! Three mini burgers €20. The quality of the food is evident, the chef is very, very good and very kind, I'm sorry but for what you pay you can't eat so little. Evidently you are aiming at an extremely select type of clientele. If my opinion is of interest to you, I would increase the choice on the menu (only two first courses at dinner can't be felt) and I would lower the prices at least to give the possibility of having a complete meal and better appreciating the quality of your cuisine which is obviously very high.

Cozy...intimate...simple...atmosphere conducive to an evening as a couple.
