I gave it four stars bc the service was really slow. Not bad, just slow. 10 mins or so for the drinks. 18 mins for the bread basket (that’s not free). Oh and it wasn’t busy at all. The food was really good though and I enjoyed the atmosphere. *update*. The GM reached out and I really admire that. It shows that people care which, let’s be honest, isn’t common. So check this place out bc people here want you to have a great experience or they wouldn’t have called.

The food was good, seemed to be understaffed service slow at times. Sat at the bar and it wasn't cleaned from previous patrons. Nothing special about the atmosphere if you like being in a casino.

We went here for Valentines dinner and got two of the items off the specialty menu. The scallops and lobster risotto were AMAZING, and so was the prime rib! Great service and drinks from our bartender Taryn as well. We will definitely be back!

We failed to make a reservation at the NYY Steakhouse, which is our normal haunt on Wednesday evenings. Obviously, being Valentine's Day, and NYY was 10 reservations deep, we couldn't get in. We opted for Sorrisi. Honestly, we weren't happy about having to "settle". We had experienced bad service in the past, but I can tell you that our server, Izabella, was a gem. She was attentive, compassionate, and concerned about our experience. She shared personal details about her life, and she sincerely cared about the level of service that she was providing. She candidly told us that she had had a very bad day, with several rude customers, but honestly we could not see any evidence of that in her level of service or demeanor. I have to give the young lady credit, because if I had as bad a day as she explained to me that she had, I cannot say that I would have been as sweet, caring and kind as she was to us. Then I learned she was very new. Wow, that's all I can say... great attitude, delicious food, and attention to detail. We will definitely return, and ask for Izabella... One who cares.

First things to My host Angie Kittendorf. She is amazing and genuine! I had the chicken cutlet Parmesan and they made it with the spicy ala vodka sauce Instead of regular red sauce. It was phenomenal. Will definitely be there again.
