Sorrisi & Caffè In Roma

Sorrisi is a relaxing, friendly and well managed restaurant. Greeter is welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Makaila is an excellent listener and makes great recommendations. She insures that when using your Seminole card your ID is checked. Corey Fried, the manager, is very visible & checks that every table is satisfied. The brisket, chicken, pizza and calamari are all good choices. The potatoes have too much garlic and other choices than broccolini are needed. The restaurant is spotless and inviting. A nice escape from the noisy casino.

Had a family dinner at Sorrisi last week and I have to say that it was a very enjoyable experience. They accommodated my 18 month old granddaughter beautifully and I have to say the food was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable, she gave great advice on menu items, and recommended a great dessert. The restaurant manager (Corey Fried) stopped by our table twice to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with everything. All in all, I would recommend for families in search of a delicious Sunday dinner.

Last night i had the absolute priveledge of having a meal with a few family members at Sorrisis. We were there celebrating the life of a family member that passed away. My family lives in Florida im from NY so i know good italian food and service when i see it. I got there a little before my family arrived and sat at the bar and the bartenders could not have been nicer. Once we were seated and the server was done taking our drink orders the manager came over to check on us i believe hos name was Corey after some small talk he asked where i was from since he got my NY accent and he explained he was also from there. When i explained why we were there he shared that he also had lost his parents and made us feel very relaxed and we had a few laughs. The food and drinks were timely and never waited for anything. My family was never there before but they all said they will be back. Five stars across the board!

My husband and I have been coming here for a while and we love Sorreci. I will tell you that in the front, the hostess Rita she is fantastic. She goes above and beyond friendly courteous she's just you're really true Customer Service. Also the server a sweetheart Jade will go above and beyond very hard to find people like that. These two are such keepers. Will continue to always go back there. The food is fantastic never a problem and will always highly recommend Sorreci

Long time guest of the Casino thought we would try it for a pre Valentine's Day meal. I've had great experiences atthe Deli and N Y. Steak. Sadly..Sorrisi disappoints. Had a 7:00 reservation, arrived early Sat at the bar. It was a concert night, so probably as crowded as I've ever seen. No worries. We were seated promptly at 7:00. We were told probably be another 1/2 or so before we would see a server,again no worries. All the staff looked like they were in the "weeds". Probably would have been a good idea before hand to add staff in anticipation of the guest size. Server showed up in about a half hour, we had adult beverages so we ordered a meatball appetizer and bread. Appetizers arrived about a half hour later. Bread was cold, meatballs were large and tasty but very light on a very marginal Marinara sauce. We decided to split an entree...Chicken Parm over spaghetti. Getting close to around 8:30and our server asked if we wanted our order to go. We declined. Again no worries. Our Chicken Parm came around 9:00 p.m. Very disappointed. Tiny amount of thin spaghetti,ckenken was tough and burnt. Again the Marinara was watery and sparse. We passed on dessert,got our check and left. Maybe on a less crowded night our experience might have been a little different. Would be hard to recommend on the basis of the food alone.

It's very nice. Service is good. Food is good. Pizza needs some help. If there was more sauce, cheese and chopped meatballs it would have had a chance

Very exquisite food and excellent presentation. The staff with very careful attention and the waiter Nicholas with many details when ordering. It is the fourth time I have visited them and I will continue to enjoy all their service. I recommend it 100%.

Our experience at this restaurant was outstanding. From service, food and atmosphere we were genuinely pleased. Everything exceeded our expectations. A must when at the casino!!
