The Room was not ready when we arrived. There was no hot water or shower available till the next day. No apologies, no compensation . Unfriendly stuff.

As a guest customer with my wife for the second consecutive year, I must praise the skill and professionalism of chef Massimo De Palma and his staff, Juan and Andrea, for the care and love in preparing tasty dishes unique. A special mention also for the maître Rocco Urso and the very cordial Giovanna Di Lauro. I hope to find them again next year, together with all the Soleinme staff.
