Soldano in Duomo In Prato

I visited this restaurant last night with some friends and had a very positive experience. The place is charming and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the evening. The staff was extremely kind and helpful: they patiently explained some dishes we weren't familiar with, making us feel at ease. The service was well-managed, with just the right amount of pacing: neither too fast nor too slow. The food was all very good, with a quality that was clearly evident in the flavors and ingredients. The only small area that could be improved was the cleanliness of some details: there was a lot of dust on items hanging on the walls and on some of the surfaces. Nothing serious, but with more attention to this area, the place would be truly impeccable. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience. Excellent location, in the center of Prato near the Duomo. Recommended.

Lovely restaurant which serves typical Tuscan dishes at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is casual and friendly and the owner was very welcoming. There were 6 of us and we shared a mixture of starters, which were really tasty. The pasta and meat dishes were excellent and portions were generous. There is a good range of wine available. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

I must say we had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant the other evening; the food was excellent and plentiful, and the ingredients were genuine. The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet...we'll definitely be back.

Historic trattoria located in the center of Prato. We arrived early without a reservation. They greeted us with great kindness and helpfulness, kindly asking us to vacate the table by 9:00 for the second sitting. Typical Tuscan cuisine, the food is very good. The Peposo and the cured meats are special. Fairly priced.

Traditional tavern with well-prepared local dishes at a reasonable price

What can I say about a mix of flavors, but you have to start from the beginning. Since it's fig and porcini season, we trusted the owner's advice and ordered a Carmignano fig tartare with caramelized onions and goat cheese cream; then we had an excellent porcini mushroom carpaccio... And to finish, a tagliolini with porcini mushrooms that was simply amazing. If you haven't been, I recommend you try it and then tell us what you think!
