SmokeHouse by MAD for BBQ In Santarcangelo di romagna

I am an American from Tennessee were we are very big on BBQ. Was in Bologna for 5 days went to a great park were they were doing some live music and found a booth where these guys and gals were set up. Was a little skeptical at first being from Tennessee but it looked good and smelled good so gave it a try. It was outstanding! They did a great job! You could tell the smoke was clean during the cook . No bitter rancid smoked flavor, and bark was good . It tasted great! Nice smoke ring, even though I generally care about that unless the smoke has been dirty, and the moisture level in the fork was fantastic! If You're in Italy and you want a taste of what southern barbecue is like, check them place out! Delicioso! Great work y'all!

Ottima carne di qualità, fortissimi nell'affumicatura, vastissima scelta di Hamburger, prezzi onesti, personale simpatico e gentile, buona musica rock in sottofondo e belle le iniziative di ospitare gruppi dal vivo e di offrire ai clienti grigliate a domicilio (cioè da quel che ho capito, portano il barbecue e vengono a cucinare direttamente nel tuo cortile di casa, toppp). Tenerissimo il Brisket e ottimi i fagioli alla Bud Spencer, Complimenti!

The quality of what you eat is excellent, the service is always very fast and all the staff are friendly and smiling. We discovered it a year ago and it is certainly the best sandwich in the area. We often need a girl with a braid and she is always super cute! Really recommended!
