Skihütte Marchner In Valdaora

Penne al Arrabiata tasted good, but unfortunately not spicy. Had to eat outside as dogs were not allowed in the restaurant.

From my point of view, it will be quite difficult to compare this restaurant with a number of other establishments on the slopes of Kronplatz, especially with regard to the atmosphere and then a little imaginativeness of the food. It is more of a large-capacity dining room than a classic mountain hut. However, what you probably won't be disappointed with are the portion sizes, very reasonable prices, speed of service and indeed a large outdoor sun terrace that can be used in nice weather. Those who are looking for quite adequate quality at a reasonable price and who do not care too much about the local authenticity of the environment should be satisfied.

Good food, large portions, very efficient service - but why did the cashier overstate the bill (a young woman in dreadlocks) - and it was not a mistake, but a deliberate act. It's a pity because for a few euros they spoil a very good first impression (one person destroys the good work of others).

At the bottom of the piste you have a nice view when you sit on their big terrace, the food is good for to give you the boost you need for your second run on the slopes. The lift is 10 meters away and gets you back on the mountaintop

Bel posto buono il cibo servizio forse da migliorare però non è male tutto sommato

Il rifugio propone tantissimi piatti, cucinati però con poca dedizione e, anche se italiani, con un tocco tedesco (ad eccezione dei dolci, promossi). Listino prezzi decisamente inferiore ad altri rifugi nel comprensorio. Complessivamente non consiglio.
