If I could I would give 10 stars! We went back to eat there 3 more times, because in addition to the delicious food, the staff is very friendly and the price is fair. Quality price is more than excellent

During our stay in Olbia we went to this restaurant twice... unfortunately we hadn't discovered it before... friendly staff, quality and abundant food, prices even lower than those you find in the streets of the center. They have pasta, fish and meat dishes, all excellent. We tried both. The only flaw was that we asked to try two grilled sausages (since they do pork grills) but we were told that it wasn't possible as they only keep precise pieces counted per "package" of the grill This had never happened to us and I find it strange... a restaurant certainly should keep a few more pieces of anything if it's on the menu to satisfy a customer's craving. In any case, try it, because it's worth it. We will definitely return if we ever find ourselves in Olbia again.

During our stay in Olbia, we came to dine at SivóDeu twice (one evening fish and one evening meat). Homemade and abundant appetizers. The fregola with seafood is delicious and the tuna meatballs are excellent. The selection of meat is vast and of excellent quality; the portions are super abundant. The friendly and nice waiters make you feel at home. To finish, they recommended some excellent bitters, including mirto.

Ristorante Pizzeria Il Corallo da Arduino

25/07/2025: Simple Italian food, nothing to rave about, but nothing that would lower the rating. Quick service.
23/07/2025: The first night, two pizzas, Margherita and bianca, and sweet sparkling water. They were digested in no time, and I'm not bothered by the stomach. Friendly and courteous, the prices were reasonable. Without a reservation, it would have been better. They found two perfect table spots, truly excellent. The second time, two mixed fried dishes, muscolata for two, wine, water, and dessert. The mixed fruit was devoured...dry, not greasy, crunchy, rich, in short, perfect. The muscolata was wonderful, excellently prepared and tasty. The price was excellent, around €42 per person, more than reasonable. The restrooms were impeccable, and parking was good. In short, if you're in the area, I highly recommend it.

29/07/2025: It's all a bit strange. The kitchen is almost always closed, and they only make pizzas. We tried two or three times and ended up eating pizza because there was no kitchen service. They're slow, but sometimes they're friendly. I don't know what it is that makes them rude, I couldn't figure it out. If you go for the pizza, they're good.
25/07/2025: Delicious food in a relaxed, rustic setting. The pappardelle with wild boar raging was smooth, rich and meaty, the caponata was sweet and tangy and the seabass was perfectly cooked. So good we immediately booked to go back.
