The food is good, but from September 1st the owners informed us that the restaurant would close and they would take some time for themselves

Very authentic food, felt like home. The restaurant offered us different ranges of spice level. Paneer (indian cheese) is made by restaurant itself and was not the cheese/fromage like found elsewhere. Must try!!

A nice break from eating mostly pizza and pasta, right near the Coliseum and Roman Forum. The food tasted like it was homemade and the cold coffee was very refreshing. I was craving my mom’s food on Mother’s Day and decided to head here for a South Asian meal. The couple running the restaurant were so kind, and friendly. They treated me like family and really made my time in Rome feel special. I had the most wonderful time chatting with them! Also the food was incredibly unreal — authentic and spicy!

Really loved food quality and ambience of this Indian restaurant. Even though restaurant is small, but with authentic north Indian taste. Good place to enjoy North Indian cuisine with family. 10/03/2024: Appena si entra in questo piccolo ma curato locale si respira già il sapore dell’India. Servizio simpatico. Piatti classici della tradizione indiani veramente ottimi, c’è una grande possibilità di scelta, compresi molti piatti vegetariani. Da segnalare il Kofta Malai, le melanzane e il pane naan, buonissimo. Conto finale assolutamente adeguato alla qualità del prodotto offerto. Se si vuole mangiare un ottimo indiano, è decisamente consigliato.
03/03/2024: Finalmente un ristorante Indiano con la I maiuscola. Piccolo, curato ed accogliente offre un menu decisamente vario con moltissime scelte legate alle varie tradizioni regionali indiane. Ogni piatto è davvero curato ed offre una esperienza gastronomica unica. Si percepiscono ingredienti originali e di qualità e amore nella preparazione. Niente è lasciato al caso grazie all’ospitalità dei proprietari. Sicuramente il migliore a Roma.

11/08/2024: If you are looking for an authentic indian food in Rome, this is the place. The host is so welcoming here. For food you do not need to worry about spicy because they adhere to your kind of taste. Perfect location near Vatican too. They have their takeaway service as well. Service is fast and at best prices. July end in my Rome tour my family and I ate here every single day. Much recommended!
17/05/2024: Excellent food, service and preparations. Dhavan was very good for giving us warm water.
