We returned after the remodel... and once again, Sisters has confirmed its status as a must-visit in Latina Scalo! The restaurant has undergone a makeover, with a warmer and more refined atmosphere, now firmly focused on dining, without losing its traditionally welcoming spirit. A clear improvement in quality, both in the ambiance and the menu. The owners are always courteous, smiling, and attentive, and manage to convey that feeling of being at home that is increasingly rare these days. The lunch was excellent, as we've come to expect. Carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and generous portions. Each course reflects attention and passion. We also took a few photos (which I'm happy to attach) because they truly deserve it: not only delicious, but also beautiful to look at! Congratulations on the new look and the consistent quality that has never wavered over the years. We'll definitely be back... and we recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end lunch break or a casual lunch with style.

Welcoming and informal atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, good-quality and well-prepared raw materials, perhaps the only downside was the slightly excessive bill for what we consumed.

We stumbled upon it by mistake but it's a fantastic place.... A simple and refined atmosphere, courteous and very nice staff but above all spectacular food.... I really recommend it!!!!!

What can I say? You should never take for granted the work that goes into the dishes served, especially if that work is done obsessively, with meticulous attention to detail and the finest ingredients. You're greeted by friendly, helpful, and very professional staff who make you feel right at home. I've been here several times and only now have I decided to write this review simply because they've always been impeccable.

Trovato per caso venendo via dal Giardino di Ninfa, cercando un posto per mangiare al volo: una piacevolissima sorpresa. Linguine cozze e pecorino da urlo... Spaghetti allo scoglio con aglio olio, peperoncino e limone spettacolari. Stra consigliato
