23/05/2025: The property itself is truly beautiful, with excellent views and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, Restaurant was good. the restaurant staff were also polite and courteous.
However, we were disappointed by the service from some of the other staff, particularly at reception. Given that this is a five-star hotel, we expected a higher standard of hospitality. We were traveling with large suitcases and needed assistance getting to and from our room, especially since the property includes several steps. Not only was help not proactively offered, but when we did request assistance, the staff’s response was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. Even when we expressed our thanks for the minimal help we eventually received, the attitude remained dismissive. The staff was especially rude at checkout time, the person at reception during check-in was not rude.
For a hotel of this caliber, guest service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, the lack of warmth and professionalism from some of the staff left a negative impression. Also, the bathroom trash was already full when we arrived at the room.
The location and beauty surrounding the property more than makes up for the lack of service, however don’t come here expecting a 5-star service.
18/05/2025: A truly extraordinary breakfast experience. This restaurant manages to combine luxury and elegance with a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, a balance that is difficult to find. The buffet is very rich, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality raw materials, from international breakfast classics to local delicacies.
The staff is impeccable, always attentive and courteous, ready to satisfy every request with a genuine smile that makes you feel immediately at ease. The attention to detail, from the layout of the buffet to the presentation of the dishes, reflects the dedication of the staff and the attention that this place reserves for its guests.
An ideal place to start the day with class, without giving up the warmth of an authentic welcome. Absolutely recommended!
