Sir Jasper's In Cassino

Siamo capitati per caso in questo locale di Cassino durante il viaggio di ritorno dalle vacanze. Eravamo senza prenotazione ma molto gentilmente ci hanno dato un tavolo. Il locale era mediamente affollato e subito ci siamo accorti che il personale era già un pò in apnea. Comunque, discreta la pizza e la carbonara ma un grosso problema con la tagliata di mia moglie (durissima e immangiabile). L'abbiamo fatto notare al cameriere, che dopo averla riportata al cuoco si è scusato rendendosi disponibile a rifarla. A quel punto era già tardi e mia moglie si è accontentata di un dolce. Molto gentilmente (e anche giustamente) non ce l'hanno messa in conto. In conclusione il locale ha un grande potenziale bisognerebbe curare di più i dettagli.

Locale accogliente. Antipasto, primi e secondi ottimi. Personale gentile e cortese. Prezzi nella media . Consigliatissimo.

All the food is delicious, it's even the best I've ever tried. The atmosphere is very welcoming and has good taste in the decor. Great service with super welcoming people, always with encouragement and good humor. In short, 10/10, I totally recommend it for solo travelers or family/friends, the food is really delicious and the customer service amazing.

A little more salt in the dough (still soft), very approachable pizza chef (I think the owner), excellent cooking (picked up the pizza at 7pm, very high probability that it was burnt), overall good pizza, I'll be back to test it again. I didn't really like the Neapolitan one (even with black olives which unfortunately many don't use) but I enjoyed a nice truffle plus. I came back for the restaurant, the first courses were good, unfortunately the second courses were less so
