Siné | Pasta Experience In Alberobello

Visit these restaurant, during casual walk round the city. The staff was like jing/jang. There was a guy, very friendly, helpfull, speaking also very good english, but there was also a staff but like fed-up face, but OK. The pasta with zuccini and prawns was very tasty and fresh - really good. We had also I think gnochi with tommatoes and meat that was mediocre. They are also making past in-house by hand, but that is more to make a ˝show˝. Overall fair product for fair price, considering it is high turistic place.

A restaurant like you'd expect today. Friendly service, a clean kitchen serving the finest food. With quality and a commitment to regional produce, it's an absolute experience. The price may seem high at first, but what's served is definitely worth it. Pasta is made by hand here, and you can watch the preparation and cooking live. I might even give it a try sometime.
