17/09/2025: Demir's kebab has been the undisputed king of Turin kebabs since the early 2000s. Today, everyone talks about gourmet kebabs, shawarmas, and the like, but back in the day, Demir was already offering kebabs made from pure, locally sourced Piedmontese meat. I've been a customer for years, and the quality is consistently top-notch, even though, being a non-industrial product, each portion can vary slightly. Every dish at his restaurant is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. For those who complain about the price: if you want a regular kebab, there are cheaper options. But here, kebab is an institution, and you can taste the best kebab of your life. I discovered this years ago from a hairdresser, who told me that Turkish students from the Polytechnic University went to Demir's because the kebab there is just like in Turkey—in fact, even better than back home.
