SIMO.restaurant In Stradella

Everything was delicious and the staff were very friendly!

Located in the center of Stradella, Simo restaurant offers Roman cuisine and more; with an excellent quality-price ratio thanks also to the numerous offers when booking through TheFork. I found the Pinsa with porchetta, aubergines and buffalo mozzarella particularly good, a tasty and fragrant mixture. I then continued with the fettuccine alla papalina... a sort of carbonara with raw ham and parmesan. Tasty but it didn't convince me... for me the classic carbonara is much better. The biscuit, chocolate and cinnamon dessert didn't impress me... it seemed a bit disconnected. It's at least the fourth time I've eaten in this place and certainly the traditional Roman dishes are obviously their strong point... they deserve a taste!! All the staff are very nice!

Dinner for couples with a starter of cured meats, amatriciana and cacio e pepe as first courses, an excellent red and sweet wine. Excellent quality food, very friendly, attentive and pleasant staff, quick service and to top it off they even let us choose some sweets.

Very welcoming place, very friendly staff and delicious food...

Place located in the city center, easily reachable by car. It is not very large, but modern, well-kept, with attentive, professional and helpful staff. A corner of Rome in the Pavia area: exquisite traditional Roman dishes, which we were able to taste thanks to the "all you can simo" menu. But even taking advantage of the 50% summer festival, everything was still much more appreciated. The quality of the food but also the presentation of the dishes is excellent, not to mention the wines. The owner is an explosion of joy. The offer of sweets after dinner is original.

Nice place... friendly and attentive staff. All very good...the first courses were exceptional...very good pinsa...super sweet.

Typical Roman food and more The Pinsa was excellent... even if a couple of pinsas were missing from the menu. Good Roman dishes. Attentive and kind staff. The owner is top, attentive to details... excellent advice given. Recommended place!!! Good value for money!!!

Ci sono stato per una cena dopo averne sentito parlare da tempo.. Locale piccolo ma carino, Tavoli all’aperto nella strada laterale tipo caruggio genovese, servizio cortese ma un po’ disattento o smemorato.. Veniamo alla cena.. antipasti romani fritti, sicuramente fritti.. un po’ unti ma non pesantissimi. Deluso dalla carbonara, pensavo molto meglio e l’esagerazione di pecorino (che a me solitamente piace) la rende davvero troppo troppo saporita e sapida.. le prime forchettate sanno solo di quello. Cacio e pepe purtroppo leggermente peggio.. detto da uno non sarà romano ma che va a Roma almeno un paio di volte al mese e ne prova diverse ogni volta.. magari sarà stata una serata storta! Simpatico ma carico il titolare che sottolinea sempre il fatto di aver cenato dal meglio del meglio.. sarà!

We were passing by on the highway, looking for a place to dinner and decided to stop by and have pasta. Besides food, service was really good! Great flavours, Awesome service!
