We had the suckling pig (reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance), and what can I say? It was simply perfect: cooked to perfection, not dry, the skin crispy like chips, and flavorful. The waiter who served us was incredibly professional and kind. If you're in the area, I'd say it's a must-try.

Stayed in San Teodoro, Sardinia, and couldn't miss suckling pig, a typical Sardinian dish.
I recommend it at Simona's, generous portions and excellent quality.

The meat is delicious! We were more than delighted with our meal!
We chose beef with arugula and grana (tagliata di manzo rucola e grana) and the local sausage: delicious! The beef was very tender, and since we wanted to share it, we were treated to two different cooking methods (rare and well-done) on the same plate: that's excellent service! The sausage is excellent too, fragrant and flavorful!!! I should write "the sausages" because there are indeed two on the plate: good and generous. The side of roasted potatoes was delicious too. In short, nothing but compliments for this tasty and generous cuisine, with the added bonus of great service. Bravo, gentlemen (and ladies at the reception and cash register).
It's worth noting that this great meat restaurant is located in the same space as the butcher shop (located to its right) and the bar (to its left). So, a great atmosphere and a guarantee of quality. A real discovery for us, we understand (and validate) the positive opinions.

10 out of 10, there's no need to add anything else, but I'm grateful because the service was fast and they were courteous and kind. The battered vegetables and seadas were excellent. The suckling pig, I can't help but say, was soft on the inside and melted in your mouth, with a crunchy, flavorful crust. TOP!

Good restaurant, good food. Unfortunately, we arrived a little late for dinner and the grilled mutton was sold out, but we had a typical appetizer, which was quite large, and a peppered fillet with roast potatoes. The Seada dessert was very tasty. A bottle of white wine and a complimentary liqueur were offered. They also have Sardinian suckling pig, but you have to book two days in advance. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They also have a butcher shop next door, so the produce is very fresh, and a bar. It's a good way to get out of the center and explore another nice, quiet place. We spent €101 in total for two people.

Abbiamo ordinato un porcetto per 4 persone. Il porcetto era cotto alla perfezione, la cotenna era croccante e la carne morbida. Il locale è climatizzato all'interno ed ha anche posto in esterno. Cortese e sollecito il servizio. Buona esperienza
