SIMO - la pasticceria che sognavo In Alassio

I had breakfast at this pastry shop with a cream croissant and a macchiato. The croissant dough was good, but I found the custard to be lacking in flavor. It's a shame the coffee, served in paper cups, takes on a bit of flavor... I'd rather drink it in a small cup. The place is small but well-kept, with indoor and outdoor seating.

Tried the pistachio croissant...fabulous Also tried the panettone and what can I say...superlative!!!

Quality and courtesy, even remotely. The packaging service was also excellent, and the customer service was highly professional. Last but not least, the products are truly top-notch, with excellent flavor.

Today we stopped by for a quick coffee, but I'll definitely be back to try their leavened breakfast pastries; they looked really well-made!
