Simbiosi In Palagianello

I was there for a birthday party, and everything was delicious, especially the appetizers with tartare and cod meatballs. The prices are a little high, but it's definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was modern and clean, quite simple, and with more space. I'll be back.

A beautiful restaurant with great service in the center of a beautiful Italian town where everyone knows each other and spends late evenings together in a friendly, family atmosphere :) Very nice owners and waiters, I highly recommend it :D

We had dinner here with some friends. The service was excellent; we were served quickly despite the crowds at an event taking place there. The food was truly excellent; we ate well, so I would definitely return. The only downside was that we were charged an extra bottle of wine by mistake. When we first ordered it, they brought us water instead of wine, so we asked the waiter for it, saying the order was incorrect. We didn't think to double-check the receipt immediately when we paid; we only realized it later.

This delightful restaurant is located in the center of Palagianello. Excellent food (the potatoes are absolutely ridiculous!), unique cocktails, and a wide selection of beers. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
