The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the cashier. The food is delicious and made with passion. The area is decent.

Value for money 8/10. Delicious Pad Thai but I find 9-10€ a bit much for a takeout of that size. I ate 1,5 portions.

I discovered this place recently. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. It was definitely a pleasant surprise in a Palermo that's become overcrowded with places offering good food at reasonable prices. The quality of the ingredients is noteworthy, and there's no use of MSG. Everything was excellent.

I recommend this place to those who are tired of pizza and pasta, it's super delicious! !

This place is brilliant ! ⭐️ From the very kind and conscientious long-time staff & owner... to the very clean organisation of the menu and recycling bins etc... To the excellent, bio-compostible takeaway containers. And they cook CLEAN (without MSG, which the owner / head chef is allergic to). GREAT MENU VARIETY TOO TREAT YO'SELF !!! 😌🙏🍍✨️

We discovered Pad Thai Take Away on Via Napoli thanks to the recommendation of a friend of ours who often orders takeout, or even eats there! We immediately fell in love! It's one of those places that surprises you: small, cozy, without too many frills, but where everything—from the atmosphere to the food—takes you straight to Thailand. The food is simply exquisite: authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The pad thai is among the best I've ever tasted outside of Asia: balanced, flavorful, and freshly prepared. The other dishes (the red curry, steamed dumplings, and even the chicken with rice are highly recommended) are also a true explosion of flavor. Great credit also goes to the staff, who are truly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They welcomed us warmly and were able to offer expert and friendly advice. You can feel the passion and attention to detail. In a city center filled with touristy eateries, Pad Thai Take Away is a true gem, perfect for those looking for something authentic, delicious, and with impeccable service. We'll definitely be back—in fact, it's already become one of our favorite places! 💛
