Siam Thai Food - Pad Thai takeaway In Palermo

Food far too oily - the bottom of my Pad Thai was completely covered in oil. Also extremely sweet. In my opinion, the price performance is not right. Service is nice though.

A very small place where they do Thai food. We had the fried gyoza and chicken sticks as a starter and two pad thai as a main course. The food is good, it has a particular taste given by the tamarind sauce. Also be careful with the spiciness, the basic version is already spicy. They also have various special drinks from Thailand. However, given the absence of table service (it's all self-service, paper things, plastic tables outside) and the quantities, I think the prices are a little high for the city of Palermo. Maybe they don't want to increase their clientele and remain niche, but 37 euros for two starters, two plates of noodles, a beer and a mango juice seems a bit much to me in such a basic place.

Do you know that place where they welcome you with courtesy and a sincere smile? Well, this place is one of those. And chef Pantila, in addition to cooking excellent dishes in true Thai style, personifies precisely what the spirit of the land of smiles is. For years it has been a fixed stop for us to remember the tastes of this splendid country.

Our little Thai place in Palermo has been a must for some time now!!! Pantila phenomenal chef!!! The family welcome where you feel really good... Gaetano puts you at ease with his friendly manner. And the food... the recipes... the dishes... all sublime... even what they make us taste as a surprise is delicious... the only flaw?? Don't have something that resembles bread to dutifully scrape off the plate to get it back absolutely clean even with the Thai sauces!! Thanks for existing!!!

I love this place. I love.Thai. In the center of Palermo. I absolutely recommend it. Negative note: it does not have many tables and does not have a bathroom for customers. Very bad thing unfortunately. For the rest...go there. their food is sublime
