We passed by this little town at 15:30 on a clam September afternoon, the host invited us to have lunch here. None else was in the restaurant. If you are hungry and drive by here you can stop at any time, give the host a call and they will come and cook for you.
They have very good local food, for a fair price. We shared a few antipasti, a few pasta dishes and some meat. We spent around 20€ each. Totally worth it

A very pleasant family atmosphere. The owner helped us find accommodation late in the evening and then welcomed us into his restaurant. He passionately presented each item on the menu. On-site, you can read a family album and the history of this family-owned establishment. Delicious food and very fair prices.

Excellent cuisine, friendly owners, and Lucia, the chef, is amazing. I couldn't recommend anything else. Everything is delicious and authentic, from appetizers to desserts. Not to be missed!

A simple yet truly special restaurant. At Sì ma quant sit, I rediscovered the authentic flavors of my grandmother's and my aunts' cooking in Salvitelle: dishes cooked to perfection, with genuine ingredients and a lot of love. The prices are reasonable, and the owners are exceptionally kind, always smiling and available. We'll definitely be back!

Comida muito especial, todos os pratos pedidos estavam muito saborosos, diferentes de todos até agora. Pedimos cavatelli al tegame, tararedde fagooli e porcini, sfrionzola, patate Zak Zak Ambiente agradável. Vinho top.
Os proprietários nos atenderam pessoalmente, tudo feito por ela, e ele um gentil anfitrião.
