Cool temperature and cool vibes,especially in warmer months. Fantastic cocktails and staff, music and fresh complementary regionally fresh olives just make it that much better. Enjoyed the place so much, I Visited it twice while in Sorento in September 2024. Even bought a Shub t shirt of the back of one of the staff🥃

We visited two times off season (Jan) when they’re open from Thursday to Sunday. Both visits were fantastic. The atmosphere is that of a speakeasy with subdued lighting and swing music in-vocative of the 20’s and 30’s. The staff are excellent- they really make an effort if get to know you and what you like and they’ll recommend drink and food based on your tastes. We had multiple cocktails and each one was unique to Shub and was obviously made with high quality ingredients and a very high standard. We had food on the last day and again this was excellent. Quirky and unique tastes will love this place and we can’t wait to return. Many thanks for the warm welcome and great service.

I visited SHUB in Sorrento on a Saturday night. The place looks great and raises expectations as soon as you walk in.
As soon as the drinks arrived, we were able to confirm our high expectations with unique, well-balanced, and exceptionally high-quality drinks.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but if I had to thank one member of staff, it would be Antonio, who made himself completely available to us throughout the evening, making it perfect from the moment we entered the place, welcoming us with professionalism and kindness.

Nice speakeasy with really cool vibe, cocktails were on the expensive side but we're visually impressive and tasty. Customers allowed to smoke beside our table and 5 people were smoking inside downstairs beside us at one point and as we are not smokers this was not enjoyable.

This place was phenomenal. I had the tomato head cocktail and it was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, genuinely. It was so unique with umami and sweetness, but extremely well balanced. When next I’m in Sorrento, I’ll definitely be back.
