Great hotel very clean and tidy rooms. It would have been a lot better if it was in a better location.

Spectacular location, modern and clean rooms but the windows are old and do not have sufficient soundproofing performance so you sleep little even on the eighth floor. The quality of the breakfast is low, the bartender nice and kind.

We stayed in Naples for 4 nights and our choice fell on this hotel. Located in a central position it allows you to be in the heart of Naples in 3 minutes.... breakfast is served on a terrace with a view of the Maschio Angioino and very importantly the wonderful sea of ​​Naples.... the rooms are discreet and very clean.... they have an amazing gym with top of the line Technogim machines.... I also point out the super courtesy and availability of Anna, Diego and Andrea.... what can I say.... super

8 days in Naples, at the Mercure. A sure bet and not disappointed. Room with a balcony, overlooking the harbor. Varied breakfast, sweet and savory, and small Neapolitan specialties. Beautiful terrace. Competent and very pleasant staff. I highly recommend it because it's also very well located. Close to the tourist center, as well as boat departures to the islands.

The hotel is located in a perfect location. Many great restaraunts and historical items nearby. The staff was very friendly. I flew into Naples on a very early flight and they worked very hard to accommodate a early check in for me so I could freshen up before my business meeting. Highly Recommended!!!

Room is big enough, the location is convenient for visiting the city (of course it is noisy a bit as it is vibrant city that maybe never sleeps but after all that is the city centre life-nobody to blame. Though when there is no air conditioning, opening the window and getting the noise is the only option. This should be improved by the hotel.). We like very much the view from the breakfast area as one see the waterfront and the castle - both are quite majestic. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, super professional - big thanks to her.

The hotel's location and service are outstanding. Breakfast: The staff were attentive, especially Daniela. The terrace had umbrellas and a view of the Castello. The patisserie was delicious and well-equipped. Rooms: Good darkness and quiet. Suggestion: Leave a complimentary water bottle; the mattress is quite firm; we suggest adding a pillow.

I stayed a week and had a great time. Convenient location overlooking the Maschio Angioino and the pier; comfortable rooms, normal breakfast served on a charming terrace. The ladies at the reception are truly worthy of applause for their professionalism and courtesy. Congratulations, see you next time!!
