I went to this place for lunch with a friend, very elegant, excellent sushi and clean environment, impeccable service, also it's quite close to the centre, when I'm in Bari I'll go back.

Shodai Bari offers a delightful fusion of Japanese and italian cuisine near Bari vecchia. The ambiance is modern and really inviting, with attentive staff who provide excellent service. The menu features a wide selection of sushi, sashimi, and other traditional Japanese dishes. We decided to order a selection of carpaccio as starters and various sushi rolls which were beautifully presented. To complement our meal we had 2 bottles of water and a bottle of sauvignon blanc white wine. For desserts we had strawberry tiramisu and croccantino alle nocciole. Total price 130 euro. Gave a 4 out of 5 since while it may not have been the absolute best sushi we've had, as me and my husband like to explore japanese cuisine when traveling, it was still a satisfying dining experience. Overall, it's a solid option for a casual sushi meal. Recommend to visit. And we'll surely visit again if i am in Bari.
