I recently had dinner at Shizen in Terni and the experience was really positive. The restaurant offers a typically Japanese atmosphere, with comfortable and welcoming spaces.  Food: The “All You Can Eat” menu is extensive, with a vast selection of both traditional and fusion sushi. The portions are designed to allow you to enjoy different varieties without weighing you down. The quality of the ingredients is high and the presentation of the dishes is made with attention to detail.  Service: The staff is hospitable and welcomes guests in the best possible way at any time of the year. The service is pleasant and attentive to customer needs.  Conclusion: I highly recommend Shizen to anyone who wants to enjoy Japanese cuisine in Terni. Whether it is a dinner with friends or a special occasion, this restaurant represents an excellent choice.

Excellent all-you-can-eat sushi and raw sashimi, nothing exceptional regarding the cooked dishes. Fairly attentive to gluten-free, however, the service is sometimes messy and there are some flaws in the delivery of the dishes. The environment is nice and modern. I recommend the sashimi shake with passion fruit glaze, also gluten free.

Good modern and innovative restaurant located on the second floor with lift. Quick service, excellent dishes, slightly scarce, friendly but uncommunicative staff. Price appropriate for the venue.

24/04/2025: At the gates of Viterbo we discovered this Chinese restaurant. Having just moved to live in the area, coming from a completely different part of the peninsula, we were looking for a Chinese place and I must say that Ling, the owner, really won us over. 1. She is proud of her origins (and God forbid... The Chinese were an advanced civilization when we didn't even know how to be in the world) 2. But despite this she has a willingness, a friendliness that the Chinese often don't bestow easily 3. The food is excellent and above all tastes fresh, when Chinese cuisine in Italy often betrays precisely this aspect. 4. Menu full of dishes both traditional and refined, as well as more commercial and better known to us Europeans... 5. Its tiramisu is also excellent. Honest prices, excellent service (his son Kevin, young and shy but punctual and professional, serves in the dining room) Ling deserves 5 stars. And goodbye!
23/04/2025: The boss is very nice. The environment is also very comfortable. The Chinese food is quite authentic.
