Shishà In Roma

12/01/2025: We found this place by chance, passing on the main road of the Castelli Romani near Rocca Priora. I must say a pleasant lunch with excellent quality raw materials. Quiet environment, excellent service, reasonable prices.

09/12/2024: I have been to this restaurant twice in the space of a few days and I must say that I find it fantastic. Top quality ingredients, excellent, original and surprising first courses, fresh pasta, very successful combinations. The very good meat is cooked on the embers of the fireplace. The desserts and starters are also excellent. To date I can't find a flaw in it, the service is also of a high standard and the staff is courteous, present and always available, both with a few tables, like the first time, and with two full rooms, like in my second stay. The room is also beautiful, with a rustic but refined flavour. Congratulations indeed
