Shiro In Bolzano

It's the only place I go to eat sushi! Quality, super nice waiter, friendly and very helpful and in general everything was excellent. Plus they make vegetarian boats which are fantastic! They welcome my every change and always surprise! 🥰🥰 Super recommended!

We went here for dinner on a Wednesday to celebrate our anniversary. First of all, it is not an all-you-can-eat sushi bar, but you order à la carte. My partner called to ask if they made gluten-free dishes, as I have celiac disease, and given the affirmative answer we decided to try. I was able to dine without problems because they are very careful about contamination, and I can say that for the size of the pieces and freshness of the raw materials this sushi deserves five stars. We were served by Nador, extremely helpful and kind for the entire duration of the dinner. We got a 40-piece boat, followed by an elderberry sorbet surrounded by fresh strawberries. All very good! The place is very welcoming, small and transmits tranquility. We will definitely be back to try new dishes, because the menu is rich and varied, there is something for all tastes.

Siamo stati qui a cena di mercoledì per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Innanzitutto, non è un sushi bar con formula all you can eat, ma si ordina alla carta. Il mio compagno ha telefonato per chiedere se facessero piatti senza glutine, essendo io celiaca, e data la risposta affermativa abbiamo deciso di provare. Ho potuto cenare senza problemi perché sono molto attenti alla contaminazione, e posso dire che per grandezza di pezzi e freschezza delle materie prime questo sushi merita cinque stelle. Siamo stati serviti da Nador, disponibilissimo e gentilissimo per tutta la durata della cena. Abbiamo preso una barca da 40 pezzi, seguita da un sorbetto al sambuco contornato da fragole fresche. Tutto buonissimo! Il locale è molto accogliente, piccolo e trasmette tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare nuove pietanze, perché il menù è ricco e vario, ce n’è per tutti i gusti.
