We ate wonderfully, the fish was delicious, the place was very quiet, the staff were super friendly... The best thing is that the menu is handwritten with poems and wonderful phrases... we will be back

I've been to Bolzano many times. I've tried some good restaurants, but: what friendly, professional, and warm service. The food: it was recommended to us by the owner. And we were more than pleasantly surprised. So good and of such high quality. From now on, a must-try.

This happened to me when I crossed the threshold of this small Japanese restaurant, where hospitality isn't measured by words but by gestures: a handwritten menu in a notebook dotted with aphorisms and light, whispered thoughts. The fish is so fresh that it requires no special effects, the dishes are revisited in a personal but not complacent way, and the chef's touch is evident in the respect for the raw ingredients, presented without the desire to impress at all costs. The understated harmony of the setting enjoys an intimacy that makes Shiro not a place for those seeking yet another fusion experience, but for those who wish to listen—rather than watch—to what the sea has to say.
