My daughter and I visited this restaurant for the first time; we were greeted by a very kind and helpful gentleman. I loved his genuineness and the passion he showed in explaining the various options; you could tell he puts his heart into it! All the dishes, from the starter to the dessert, were plated with great care and made with quality ingredients. A wonderful dinner! Highly recommended!

we craved Japanese food after being in Italy for several weeks and ordered salmon sushi, inside out rolls, miso soup and vegetarian sushi. the sushi were all prepared and presented with care and delicious! we were satisfied and the quality seems high. the owner is a polite and friendly person but he is a bit slow, which didn't bother us but is something you should be aware of if you are in a rush. we still warmly recommend this place for good sushi :)

Sushi and other exquisite, high-quality dishes. The best sushi in Bolzano, even the soy sauce is homemade. Plus, unbeatable service and a very relaxing atmosphere.

15/09/2025: Best and freshest sushi in town. Very friendly staff. We came with a baby and could sit in the semi-private area that was quite so our baby could peacefully sleep.

The dishes we ordered were excellent and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The service could be a little better, but overall we were treated well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience in a pleasant atmosphere.
