Shiro In Bolzano

Small restaurant, I've been going there for many years. They make the best shrimp tempura ever. The selection is varied, high quality and for a few months they have been offering new combinations, creations from the new chef. Always recommended!

I wanted to refer to those who make undue use of meal vouchers... going to eat dinner or lunch with meal vouchers on Sundays or on public holidays? Shame on you... meal vouchers as per the contract or tender must be used on working days and one per meal, and the rule. The meal voucher is not cash, its value is 10 to 12% less and it can be redeemed for 60 if not 90 days.

Elegant loxale and excellent sushi

I've already tried a few sushi restaurants in Bolzano, but SHIRO has been unrivaled for years... and not just in Bolzano. You can taste that everything is very fresh. Absolutely trustworthy and recommended! My tip: Millefoglie
