Nice place where we spent an excellent lunch featuring Japanese cuisine. Excellent quality dishes and excellent presentation, the expense in my opinion is commensurate with what is proposed

Come servizio e come qualità del cibo lo promuovo pienamente. I prezzi non sono nemmeno eccessivamente alti per quello che offre. Purtroppo il troppo freddo all’interno del ristorante e soprattutto l’odore di fritto che si è a noi impregnato addosso e sui nostri vestiti hanno peggiorato di gran lunga l’esperienza. Purtroppo. Da rivedere assolutamente questa cosa che è da sistemare.

Shin Restaurant in Brescia offers a high-quality Japanese dining experience, despite the absence of Japanese staff. The environment is refined, the service is quick and kind, and the food stands out for its freshness and authenticity. Sushi and sashimi are prepared with attention and precision, while other Japanese specialties show the same attention to detail. The only negative aspect is the sake, of mediocre quality and served hot to cover its shortcomings. Without this flaw, Shin would certainly deserve five stars. However, it remains an excellent choice for an authentic Japanese experience in Brescia.

I went for lunch and chose the work menu. Between starter, first course and second course we ate plenty, spending €23 each with a bottle of water for two. Maybe I was expecting higher quality and instead - with the exception of the fish tartare which was very good - it is similar to that of other Japanese restaurants. I didn't like the prawn rolls because they had too heavy a mayonnaise sauce.

For those who want to eat quality sushi, this is the right place... or go to Japan! The quality of the products is high and everything is presented perfectly in a beautiful environment which I really like (perhaps a little too dark). The wine list is also good. Be careful, it is not a place where you eat with the usual "all you can eat" formula, but don't worry, you certainly won't leave hungry if you spend the right amount.
