Shinto-ryu Restaurant & Lounge bar In Brescia

Writing a review after the third time I’ve been coming here. Giving a review to a sushi place is always difficult, this is why I waited a little bit before writing this. The food is always great quality level. My fav is sashimi special, oysters, and red shrimps tartare. The ambience is good for a solo or a date. The service is great. The manager (and wife of the owner) is just impeccable. Every times. Good selection of wines, I usually take white wines with sushi, lugana ca dei frati or Chablis Charley Nicolle were my choices. Highly recommend restaurant.

Saturday lunch, very nice and clean location, excellent service, top-quality food, especially the tartare, the salmon one was amazing. Fair price for the setting and quality.
