A rather unusual concept... we order our meals on a tablet!! We choose the menu we want as well as the dishes we want... in due time, if we want to start with the appetizer and not have the main courses right away, we can choose them!!! The dishes are made to order. We weren't very impressed with this concept, but it was ultimately nice. The only downside is the friendliness of the staff... they don't speak or smile!!! The tablets don't allow you to have a conversation with them...

The best sushi in town! It has a good à la carte menu, the overall price for a decent meal is slightly higher for obvious reasons than at various all-you-can-eat restaurants, but the difference in quality is clear.

An elegant Japanese restaurant near the castle, with a refined atmosphere and beautifully presented dishes. Good sushi and fresh fish, but the wait times are a bit long. Prices are moderately high, so it's an experience worth taking your time.

For those who want to eat quality sushi, this is the right place...or go to Japan! The quality of the products is high and everything is presented perfectly in a beautiful environment that I like a lot (maybe a little too dark). The wine list is a little sparse, it could be "strengthened" with local wines, which are certainly not lacking among the whites. Be careful, it is not a place where you eat with the usual "all you can eat" formula, but do not worry that you will certainly not leave hungry spending the right amount.

Eat here if you like high quality Japanese food. Pro: - Outstanding food; we ate a wakame salad, mixed Tempura, the large sushi and sashimi platter for two, and green tea and rice gelato for dessert. The fish was excellent and the serving for two was incredibly generous - no fillers or vegetable rolls - fresh scallop, sweet prawns, roe, mackerel, fluke, octopus, in addition to fatty tuna and salmon.
