Shameless Pub In Pomigliano d'arco

Endless wait both outside to let us in and inside to prepare the sandwiches. Unfortunately, after midnight I also lost my hunger and I struggled to finish the sandwich, a shame because both the fried potato appetizer and the sandwiches were appreciated by all of us. Perhaps Saturday evenings should be avoided beyond a certain time.

Last night I had dinner in this pub and I must say that the experience was really positive. We ordered several delicacies and a 10 euro platter, which turned out to be an excellent choice: plentiful and well presented. The pulled pork balls were delicious, they literally melted in your mouth, and the chips were really good too. The only slightly less convincing element were the meatballs on the cutting board, with a slightly particular flavor - not bad, but different from usual. That said, they were still enjoyable and easy to eat. We also liked the sandwiches, both for the combinations and for the well-balanced flavors. The only flaw was the bread: in my case it was a little dry and difficult to bite, probably grilled for too short a time. But among the whole table I was the only one to have this problem, so it may have just been a little bad luck. The environment is very pleasant, welcoming and well-kept, and the draft beer gave the finishing touch to the evening. All in all, a lovely evening with friends, good food and a place I will definitely return to!

Excellent value for money. You eat well and you don't pay much. Almost all the food is fresh, some things are frozen. The appetizers and sauces made by them are really good. The service is a bit poor, despite the kindness of the guys, but justified by the fact that it was Saturday night

L'ambientazione è quella tipica del pub all'inglese, piccola ma ben arredata. La scelta delle birre è ampia, ma alcuni prodotti mancavano essendo domenica. Abbiamo provato la loro specialità, i panini fritti, e tutto sommato ne è valsa la pena: molto abbondanti, ricchi di ingredienti e molto variegati, anche se va detto che il troppo forse storpia e non sempre si distinguevano i sapori dei vari ingredienti al loro interno. Servizio puntuale e preciso, anche se da testare in serate più impegnative, dato che quando siamo venuti al pub c'erano pochi clienti.

Very long wait outside even though we had been added to the list 3 hours in advance (perhaps also due to the match). If I had to go back I wouldn't but ultimately it was an experience. About fifty euros for two to spend to say they were there.

siamo stati in questo locale di mercoledì sera: appena arrivati ci ha accolti una ragazza molto gentile e ci ha fatto accomodare, visionato il menu abbiamo optato per qualche fritto, tutto abbastanza buono eccetto le patatine molto insipide e il cheddar abbastanza scadente; per quanto riguarda il panino(ho optato per un cirù) non mi ha particolarmente convinta, la salsiccia aveva troppo grasso e i peperoni nulla di eccezionale, tutto sommato mangiabile ma non buonissimo, la seconda scelta è stata la loro famosa piadina fritta, quella è piaciuta molto sopratutto se amate il pulled pork e i sapori intensi. Prezzi onesti e nella media e servizio discreto, ci ritornerò per provare altri abbinamenti e dare una seconda possibilità al panino magari con un altro tipo di carne!
