the pros: the very friendly staff, the vegan pastries options and the terrace overlooking the square. ideal for breakfast. small negative point: the cake was a little dry!

I believe this is a chain, nevertheless it merits good review. It is very good place for vegan breakfast, open early when you are jet lagged. There are several vegan options, the vegan yogurt granola bowl, vegan croissants ( two kinds chocolate and blueberry), a sad looking vegan muffin, and delicious. Sweet potato avocado roast (instead of bread they use slice of grilled sweet potato as base).
Closed Xmas day and day after.

In the center of Florence, I expected something better based on the reviews. I had an açaí bowl, which was good, but the pastry we ordered was extremely sweet and, compared to other pastry shops, was disappointing.

Had the Sweet Potato toast with almond butter this morning. Loved it! I am a typical eggs and sausage American but that breakfast was delicious. We'll be back for more before we leave Firenze.

Good coffee, really good avocado toast dish, nice fresh juice and nice people serving!
The only minus I would say is the fact that you have to go and order inside and also you have to take your order from inside when it is ready. Not a problem if you are with someone but if you are by yourself the logistics become a bit complicated, having to take your belongings with you inside and also to find something to leave at the table to secure your spot.
But the guys serving inside are really nice and funny and the service is going pretty fast and the products are really good so I totally recommend the place!
