Discovered this excellent Japanese and fusion restaurant. High quality, prices too, but in line with the quality of the food. The lobster salad is a must-try. Very fresh fish. Good wine selection. The place is well soundproofed.

Delicious! The fish and ingredients are top-quality and you can taste it. The unique combinations and their teriyaki sauce are also very popular. The staff is very friendly and happy to offer recommendations. The prices are a bit high.

Shabu is a restaurant where the welcome is exceptional. The staff is very welcoming. They tolerated my attempts to speak Italian and made the effort to speak to us in French. The food is simply exceptional, and the organization seems perfect. I think even Philippe Etchebest would be impressed. 🙂 I can only recommend this restaurant. It's worth the detour. Remember to make a reservation.

It remains a sure thing!! Probably one of the best in town, both in terms of atmosphere and quality. The service is top-notch, prompt, and helpful. The dishes are carefully prepared and of excellent quality. Absolutely not to be missed.

Best sushi I've tried so far in Turin and the surrounding area. Informal yet precise service. Nice place with a very comfortable outdoor seating area. Prices are reasonable for this type of food. I'll definitely be back.

It was a pleasant surprise. They don't have vegan options on the menu, but despite the lack of advance notice, they offered me some really good alternatives. The staff was kind and attentive, and I'll definitely be back. P.S. Considering how good the rolls were, you could add vegan options directly to the menu :P

I went to shabu for lunch with a friend of mine. We sat outside, where they welcomed us, seated us, and discreetly guided us through our meal. Highly recommended for anyone like me who is celiac.

22/10/2025: I've been there several times and have always had a good experience. Classic all-you-can-eat sushi, with a fairly wide selection and certainly above-average quality. The fact that they're very fast is a plus.

02/10/2025: Really good ramen! Clean and beautiful place. Perhaps a little small and cramped, with many tables too close together. It said "Japanese staff," but I saw everyone was Italian xD
