Shabu is a restaurant where the welcome is exceptional.
The staff is very welcoming. They tolerated my attempts to speak Italian and made the effort to speak to us in French.
The food is simply exceptional, and the organization seems perfect. I think even Philippe Etchebest would be impressed. 🙂
I can only recommend this restaurant. It's worth the detour.

Probably one of the best in town, both in terms of atmosphere and quality.
The service is top-notch, prompt, and helpful.
The dishes are carefully prepared and of excellent quality.
Absolutely not to be missed.

Best sushi I've tried so far in Turin and the surrounding area.
Informal yet precise service.
Nice place with a very comfortable outdoor seating area.
Prices are reasonable for this type of food.
I'll definitely be back.

It was a pleasant surprise. They don't have vegan options on the menu, but despite the lack of advance notice, they offered me some really good alternatives. The staff was kind and attentive, and I'll definitely be back.
P.S. Considering how good the rolls were, you could add vegan options directly to the menu :P

I went to shabu for lunch with a friend of mine. We sat outside, where they welcomed us, seated us, and discreetly guided us through our meal. Highly recommended for anyone like me who is celiac.

Splendida serata. Ci avevano consigliato questo locale e avevamo alte aspettative, tutte soddisfatte. Bel locale, personale disponibile , professionale e molto simpatico ( un ringraziamento particolare al cameriere dai capelli rossi Enrico che ci ha coccolato tutta la sera) , cibo ottimo e di qualità. Straconsigliato!

Ottimo locale dove poter assaggiare del sushi di qualità, a pranzo offre la possibilità di provare menu adatti ad una pausa dal lavoro, la carta invece sempre presente in entrambi i servizi permette di sperimentare prodotti davvero di pregevole fattura
