Nice store. However, the staff are rude. In France they say: “the customer is king”.

The products they have are very good but the service should improve

Sweets more than good, savory products depends on what you order, this is just my opinion, the place is recommended.

My experience is based on the delivery service (outside the region!): truly commendable customer service! This is not the first time we have ordered products to be shipped to other regions; we have never had any problems...a week ago, due to the courier's fault, the delivery arrived two days late (4 days' journey) and stored in the truck (which in July reaches 40 degrees in the heat) result: they were not the puff pastries are more edible. We contact the shop and inform them of the courier, also to give them feedback so as to no longer use them for shipping; very kind, they sent the package back with a different courier (package which left Naples on Monday and arrived in Milan on Tuesday morning!!) really top customer care! Thank you very much for your kindness! Sfogliatelle as always, delicious!!

Questa mattina io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di provare questa pasticceria. Ovviamente abbiamo fatto colazione con una sfogliatella, buonissima nulla dire in proposito. Ma 10€ per due sfogliatelle, un caffè e un marocco mi sembra un tantino esagerato. È un peccato perché sarei andata volentieri a prendere qualche pasta da portare a casa, ma ho l'impressione di essere stata presa in giro.

I had the opportunity to try a Sfogliatella from SfogliateLab. Honestly, I don't understand the various negative reviews. The Sfogliatelle are good, nothing excessive but they are good, the proximity to the station is excellent for grabbing them on the fly and then returning home.
