They changed the type of pizza dough a while ago...and the pizzas, which were definitely excellent...have become just good...prices are no longer affordable...friendly staff...one flaw...the long wait for your order....

Excellent gluten-free pizza, regular pizza with very thin Neapolitan dough...you have to like it.... Lots of choice of flavors, excellent French fries with cream cheese on top and another type with crispy onion and maybe paprika. Special lemon sorbet.

We stopped here for dinner before continuing our journey, and I must say it was a pleasant experience spent in a modern, youthful establishment. The service was fast and attentive to customer needs. The pizza was good and excellent value. If you're in Caltanissetta, give it a try and let me know.

Ristorante pizzeria il cacciatore

01/11/2025: I went for dinner with my family. The restaurant is beautiful, very conveniently located off the highway. Parking is convenient, clean, service is impeccable, and the food and meat are excellent. The fireplace is embers, which you can only see if you leave Sicily and go to Tuscany or Veneto. The price is fair; it's not expensive for the quality; it could easily cost more. I don't understand why it has 4 stars and not 5, probably out of envy. This place is 5 stars, I assure you.
