I always love coming back. They have a wide selection of appetizers and excellent pizzas. The Elite is a combination of flavors, but it has to be enjoyable: shrimp, truffles, mushrooms, all top-quality. Excellent service.

The pizza is always excellent; I tried the new Roman dough, which was really good. The place is modern and welcoming. We had a reservation, and the table was ready. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. The only downside was the wait time for the pizzas, about 45 minutes from ordering. But considering it was a Saturday night and the place was packed, that's understandable. I also had a really good chocolate dessert. The price is fair, about €17 per person for pizza, water, Coke, and dessert!

It's a place that truly deserves so much praise, both for the professionalism of the staff, the welcoming location, and—most importantly—the final product. I believe it is, without exaggeration, the best pizza we've eaten in Sicily in the last twenty years. A masterpiece: perfect in size, balanced in ingredients, all fresh and high-quality. The dough is truly out of this world. Something that's never happened before: I started by eating the crust, and it was so good I didn't leave a single crumb on my plate (and I usually always leave the crust!). The pizza was *exquisite and very digestible*: no thirst, no bloating, just the pleasure of a truly well-made meal. Sincere compliments to the owners, because these days it's increasingly rare to find places so attentive to quality and customer service. I wish you all the best, and keep up the good work!
