Very nice food and very nice people!!

This summer in Umbria on holiday we found this restaurant and it was a very pleasant discovery, so much so that we returned twice. Few dishes but of great quality, excellent wine list, perfect service and very nice location. Highly recommended!!

Place to be. Truffle, top wine and delicious food. Recommended. Run by two brothers. Andrea is the manager and the cheerful face and his brother is a top chef.

Outstanding food! Owner is welcoming and knowledgeable. If you love truffles you must visit this fine place. Amazing steak tartare and the raviolis were heavenly.

Very tasty food. Good wine list with both regional and international wines. They have a passion for dishes with truffles, which they find with their dogs in the local forests. The dishes without truffle are also of top quality.

Honestly, such an amazing restaurant in a small hilltop village. Seven is worth making a trip for - we ate here twice in a week, we enjoyed it so much the first time. Truffles are the speciality, but there's a wide range of menu items so if fungi is not your thing, you have plenty of options. The steaks are fantastic, pasta is delicious - and if you're feeling adventurous, there's a truffle ice cream dessert worth sampling! The staff are lovely - and you'll see the owners mucking in, chatting to patrons or recommending a wine. Seven was a highlight of our trip to Umbria, and I'd love everyone to give it a try. Have a walk around the old village of Monte d'Orvieto, a drink in the bar next door (great spritz menu), then Seven for dinner, and you'll be a very happy tourist!

Abbiamo assaggiato diverse pietanze, tutto eccellente, in particolare, il filetto al tartufo. Personale gentile, professionale e molto competente. Lo consiglio vivamente.
