We stumbled upon it after a motorcycle ride, but we had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, starting with the welcome and the service. The cuisine is old-fashioned, but revisited by young people eager to show off their best.
Refined, top-quality products.

The service and food is excellent here. They went out of their way to accommodate us and squeezed us in last minute. Beautiful restaurant with the best food. Great meals from the region, you must stop here and try them out.

This restaurant is frequented mostly by foreign tourists. The ingredients are high-quality, and the price is reasonable. Let's say it's suitable for foreigners, less so for locals. Overall, it was decent, but the truffle carbonara had a runny egg at the bottom of the plate. It needed to be set a little longer; it didn't leave a pleasant aftertaste. The tiramisu probably had cream in it, which isn't ideal for those with food intolerances. The food is good, but that's nothing new in Umbria. Here, they've heavily focused on social media and foreign tourists, who obviously don't know our culture and, more importantly, don't even know how to eat, so for them, everything's fine.

Delicious food and kind people. This was the first time I tasted a dessert with tartufo. It was quite a unique experience, but one I would most certainly recommend. Thank you Andrea & Andrea.
If we're ever in the area again we'll come back for more and maybe meet Michele, the legendary Truffle Hunter. 😉

Good, but not great. We happened upon this restaurant on a weekday, expecting a quick lunch, but found ourselves in a "high-end" restaurant with an à la carte menu (our fault for not having checked). We tried a first and second course with truffles (their specialty). Unfortunately, the main ingredient was completely tasteless, so we couldn't fully appreciate the meal. The wine was good. The service was good, but the prices, in my opinion, were excessive considering the quality of what we ate.

The restaurant is very welcoming, and the staff is helpful and polite. We ordered two appetizers, the tartare and the carpaccio. The meat itself is good, but the truffle is tasteless. We specifically chose the restaurant for its selection of black truffles, but unfortunately, we weren't satisfied.
We then ordered a second course, two slices of porcini mushrooms and truffle. The porcini mushrooms seemed to be preserved in oil, and the truffle was barely noticeable. Furthermore, the meat was undercooked, resulting in a very rubbery texture.
We're sorry to leave a bad review, as it's clear there's a lot of research and passion behind this place, and the staff are very nice, but I don't think we'll be back.

What a fantastic place. If you could come up with a picture of a family owned and run Umbrian restaurant, which is both modest and yet exceptional, I think Seven is what it would look like. We met brother Andrea who runs the front of house - while the other brother - Michele runs the kitchen (when not hunting truffles), his distinguished father Alessandro and Andrea our waiter/sommelier who suggested an exceptional and great value wine. I really really loved this place and hope to return.
