The restaurant is very welcoming, and the staff is helpful and polite. We ordered two appetizers, the tartare and the carpaccio. The meat itself is good, but the truffle is tasteless. We specifically chose the restaurant for its selection of black truffles, but unfortunately, we weren't satisfied.
We then ordered a second course, two slices of porcini mushrooms and truffle. The porcini mushrooms seemed to be preserved in oil, and the truffle was barely noticeable. Furthermore, the meat was undercooked, resulting in a very rubbery texture.
We're sorry to leave a bad review, as it's clear there's a lot of research and passion behind this place, and the staff are very nice, but I don't think we'll be back.

What a fantastic place. If you could come up with a picture of a family owned and run Umbrian restaurant, which is both modest and yet exceptional, I think Seven is what it would look like. We met brother Andrea who runs the front of house - while the other brother - Michele runs the kitchen (when not hunting truffles), his distinguished father Alessandro and Andrea our waiter/sommelier who suggested an exceptional and great value wine. I really really loved this place and hope to return.

A nice place, if I may make a suggestion: when there is a woman at the table, she is always served first. I had all the courses last... very serious when you want to create a restaurant of a certain level. And another small point about the porcini mushrooms in the tagliata. I would have preferred them frozen and cooked on the spot, not in oil....

We visited this restaurant after being intrigued by the excellent reviews and the service on the popular TV show. Our expectations were fully met. The excellent quality ingredients are masterfully prepared by the charming Michele, who also oversees the truffles that form the basis of their menu, using a unique approach that never forgets tradition. In the dining room, his brother Andrea entertains guests, recommending food, wine, and even coffee with a friendly yet unobtrusive approach. Excellent value for money. A place that immediately feels like home, and we'll definitely be returning.

My family and I enjoyed two excellent dinners during this week. Tasteful local dishes, great wines in nice setting’s.
PS. They also rent out fantastic e-bikes for an adventure in the beautiful surroundings.

This place is so underrated! Came for truffle hunting, got into local wine tasting, stayed for the best homemade pasta with truffles and delicious olive oil. Change your plans but come here!

Excellent service, kind, professional and very welcoming staff. The food is excellent as are the ingredients which are certainly of the highest quality. I recommend it to anyone who loves truffles and wants to feel welcomed at home. I will definitely return.
