Delicious pizzas! Always full of people... the only drawback is that they charge you 2 euros per person as a "person" fee and it seems like they are in a hurry to kick you out (we had been in the restaurant for 35 minutes)🫣even so, the pizzas are worth it😆🤤

I went to Seu on Sunday for dinner with friends. Negative notes: there were 6 of us on two tables, so definitely cramped! I understand that the place is not very large but the customer must also be made to feel at ease. The most expensive pizza on the menu, we expected it to also be the best, but the truffle wasn't even noticeable, it was dominated by the flavor of the kale chips. Furthermore they put a surcharge of another 3 euros on the most expensive pizza (which already cost 23) because that evening the truffle used was more "valuable", too bad that no one warned us! Positive notes: they gave me back the money for the surcharge which I only noticed the next day, looking more closely at the receipt and they apologized for the involuntary omission of the different truffle; really excellent fried foods; very good carrot cake panbrioches dough; fantastic tiramisu mascarpone; delicious berry pig pizza. Maybe I had too high expectations given the reputation so it "disappointed" me in a bit, but honestly I recommend coming and eating there at least once.

Quite seriously one of the best pizza of my life. I tried many pizzas being Italian and I must say this pizza was wonderful and is rightfully one of the best 50s pizzeria in the world. Would go again and again to try them all. Great dough, great tomato sauce and great fresh ingredients. Service was attentive and quick. The place is a pizzeria, so the ambience still feels easygoing. Loved the amaro al chinotto too.

Seu Pizza Illuminati is a must-visit for pizza lovers in Rome. Offering a perfect balance of tradition and innovation, their pizzas are nothing short of spectacular—thin, crispy crusts topped with high-quality, fresh ingredients and bold, unique flavors. The creativity behind each pie is impressive, with inventive combinations that push the boundaries of what pizza can be, while staying rooted in Italian craftsmanship. The stylish, laid-back ambiance and attentive service make it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The only downside I experienced was the service - very slow and not very caring for smaller parties, but the Pizza made up for it! For an exceptional pizza experience in Rome, Seu Pizza Illuminati is simply unbeatable!

The pizzas are excellent (especially the classic ones). Service is slow, and not all tables are comfortable and pleasant - for example narrow, close to the door, or in "sacrificed" corners. It is necessary to wait around 10 minutes before sitting down even with a reservation. Reasonable price, especially for classic pizzas.

This is by far one of the best pizzerias in Rome. Bit out of the way and reservation is recommended. The toppings are very innovative and unique. Crust is thin with very fluffy and soft edges. The only issue is the place is not smoking free. I observed one of the employees (may be owner) vaping inside the restaurant before opening.

Yesterday I went out for dinner alone, not always my favorite but here it was a warm bath. The friendly staff put me at the bar with a view of the kitchen with a real stone oven. The wait staff came for a chat more often. The moscow mule was a bit strong (not necessarily bad), my Margerita with mozzarella and pamazaan was delicious and a delicious tiramisu to finish. Highly recommended!

Una delle migliori pizze mai provate! Ben lievitata e leggera.
