We went with friends, following a recommendation, to have pizza at this place. The pizza is the real star of the menu, and it doesn't disappoint. But it's not just the pizza that makes the difference: the appetizers are delicious, like the meatballs we ordered. The service was a bit slow: we had to ask several waiters when we were ready to order, and after a good half hour, the waiter designated for reservations showed up. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends.

Excellent experience, as it has been every time we've dined there. The dough is always well-risen and the pizzas are varied.

I'm a regular customer at this pizzeria, and while the pizzas have always been very good, we've unfortunately noticed a gradual decline lately. For example, yesterday we ordered two Margherite del Maestro pizzas, but they were rather lacking in sauce and mozzarella. Considering that these are the only main ingredients on this pizza, their absence makes a difference. Another small flaw concerns the arrangement of the tables for two; they're far too close together, and you inevitably end up hearing each other's conversations. It's a shame, because it wouldn't take much to return to the excellent quality we once had.

The pizza is good, but the appetizers need some work (meatballs are really small, the sauce isn't all'assassina, and the appetizer is overpriced. The fries are average). The service is good, as is the atmosphere, although it's a bit unoriginal and the same as many other places.

This is my second visit to this magnificent pizzeria, and I can assure you that the pizzas are truly unique and original, and the variety of doughs to choose from is remarkable. Table service was prompt even though I went on the weekend, and the staff was always smiling and helpful (which is certainly not a given). The location is truly a gem. We'll be returning soon.
