The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower.

I booked this hotel 3 years ago as it was located in a very strategic position near the center of Como but above all close to the motorway to go to Chiasso, and also close to the shopping area, since that day every time I travel with my family and my dog I always stop to break up the long journey to Germany. I am very happy with my choice and want to share with other people. The rooms are spacious and well furnished but above all the bathroom is very clean and scented. Over the years I have always had nice rooms so I believe that their standard is high and this despite the fact that when registering I always inform them that I have a dog, theoretically hotels when you have a dog in tow do not offer you the best rooms. It has a large car park in front of the hotel monitored by cameras, but there is also parking around the hotel and I believe there is also guarded parking. The staff is very kind, professional and always available to support requests and also to provide useful advice. I haven't tried the restaurant yet but from the reports of colleagues who stay at Hotel Cruise I have some excellent reports so I plan to try.
