The receptionist really needs to take a course on "What is good service"

I been in a better 3 star hotel. Not even water left for you in the room. Well there is minibar but that's not the point. It's common practise in hotels to leave water for guests, specially when the temperature outside is over 30 degrees. Only 1 lift working, which constantly is been used.

Hotel with a fair price because it is outside Como. The room was standard, with sufficient space for our large suitcases. The breakfast is good value for money. Don't expect top quality but it does the job. I recommend if you have transportation and the hotel budget is in the average range.

Nice rooms, spacious, large bathroom. Comfortable and huge bed, white and pleasant bed linen. Everything is great!

Hotel room with breakfast, 1 night, transit. Plus: location, private P-place, size of the room and bathroom, dogs allowed, space to walk your dog. Minus: whole hotel not really clean, no lunch possible, poor breakfast (really nothing fresh), whole outdated condition, mediocre service.

Very great location, close to Lake Como, Lucan, and the airport. The reception is very respectful and their breakfast is good. There is also free parking and a very nice front parking lot. Services are also close and the price is very nice. I really recommend it.

Very good hotel to visit Lake Como area esp if you are travelling by car as it has ample parking. Cheaper than staying in Como or other villages around the lake. The hotel is very spacious, rooms are very well equipped with air conditioning and big king size beds. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was also very nice with good selection and quality foods. Two things that could be improved: Check in process was very slow, it took almost 15-20 min for a simple check in. The shower grout in the bathroom is getting old and a bit black and yellow. This should be deep cleaned or replaced.
