23/08/2025: This is the third kombu we've visited, and it's definitely one of the best in terms of food production. The menu is the same throughout the chain. The service was also excellent. We ate outside, and since it was August, there was less traffic. Less eco-friendly due to the use of plastic tableware.

One of Kombu Sushi's strengths is its value for money: prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area, starting with a classic set for €10, without compromising on the freshness of the ingredients.
