23/08/2025: This is the third kombu we've visited, and it's definitely one of the best in terms of food production. The menu is the same throughout the chain.
The service was also excellent.
We ate outside, and since it was August, there was less traffic.
Less eco-friendly due to the use of plastic tableware.
25/03/2025: Kombu Sushi, located in via Principi d'Acaja 23/c, is an ideal choice for a quick lunch break in the Porta Susa area of Turin and the charity square. The restaurant, although small, offers a welcoming and refined environment, perfect for those who want to eat in peace without wasting too much time. There is the option of a dehor, but it is also small but on the other hand the style is Japanese. The atmosphere is casual but pleasant, with fast and efficient service. The menu offers a wide variety of sushi combinations, with ready-made options that include nigiri sets, hosomaki miso soup or white rice. some variations that deviate from Japanese tradition, adding a touch of originality such as the burrito. The quality of the fish is excellent and the preparations are well taken care of, making each dish tasty and balanced always in relation to the price paid.
One of the strong points of Kombu Sushi is the quality-price ratio: the costs are low compared to other places in the area and they start from a classic set at 10 euros, without compromising the freshness of the ingredients. You can choose between different menu options based on tastes and hunger/size, making the experience customizable according to your tastes and needs.
Overall, Kombu Sushi is an excellent choice for those looking for quality, quick sushi without too many frills for their lunch break.
